Specially engineered and designed to process organic products such as fruit and vegetable juices, purées and concentrates.

Thanks to the minimization of volumes of the product contained, system filling and emptying operations can be performed in very short times. This allows considerably reducing the production waste resulting from the high frequency of switching on and off, typical of the ORGANIC product processing.

The whole system is built in AISI 304 stainless steel: exchangers, expansion chambers, pipes, frame, platform, railings, access stairs, condenser and cooling tower.

All motors present are driven by inverters; the automation system adopted allows the system to operate without an operator.

All routine maintenance and control operations can be performed in total safety thanks to the presence of a spacious spiral staircase for accessing the different parts of the system.

The different types of service water used are recovered in the cooling tower (cooling of mechanical seals, vacuum pump sealing rings).

The inverter control of vacuum pumps and the condenser extraction pump allows the system to be used at any degree of vacuum required, therefore minimizing energy consumption.

The system size is customized to meet the customer’s needs.
